How easy is it for the Seller to join?

Very easy. The majority of sellers want sales leads coming to their phone on a pay for the leads they choose to accept basis. The administration of this is very easy as you only need to know their classification, address and telephone number. To respond to calls, only requires the seller to either decline by hanging up (free) or to accept by pressing "1".

What would this service cost the seller?

This depends on the service operator (licensee). Typically, the supplier pays a modest fee to be listed with the service for (€300/yr) and a per accepted lead fee which is dependant on the listed classification. (Recommended charges would be perhaps 70 Euro cents for a taxi and maybe 25 Euro for a professional service).

What happens if the seller needs more time to decide if to accept?

The service has a pause function (which will allow the seller check their diary or inventory).

Once the seller accepts, how is this communicated to the buyer?

As soon as the seller accepts, the phone number of the buyer is played to that seller. The buyer will either receive a call where the name of the seller is played, if using a fixed line phone, or will be sent a solicited text ad from the seller if using a mobile.
