The trial of responsa in Chichester

Responsa is to be trialed as a service for finding B&B’s in Chichester Aug 04

As part of the preparation for the joint venture launch with a Yellow Page Publisher, Responsa is piloting the service in conjunction with the Chichester tourist office as a fast and simply way to find available tourist accommodation in the local area. The service will operate exactly the same as if it was the service designed to work within the Yellow Page book in that there is a separate number for each classification. Thus, when a customer is looking for Bed and Breakfasts they dial a specific number for Bed and Breakfasts and leave their request. However, if they are looking for a hotel, they would dial a number specific to hotels. The marketing director, Steve Milligan, stated that “this small pilot demonstrates our technical capability to deliver this service overcoming certain objections form our Yellow Page partner; it will also allow them to see how the consumer reacts to this useful service.

Responsa ceases trading.  Lack of funds and concequently the lack a management team has meant that the founder Steve Isaac has decided to stop invetsing in responsa and consequently the company will cease trading.
