Slovak Telecom agree to investigate how to bring concierge ideas to the 12111 service Oct 05
Head of Customer Services at Slovak Telecom, Jeroen Hollestelle, has identified enhanced directory services as a major future revenue earner for a Telco and as a consequence Steve Isaac, of Responsa met all the heads of departments of his division to discuss ways of bringing concierge style services to Slovakia. This meeting has lead to agreement in principal to work together in the New Year to explore ways of introducing Responsa and other services to their enhanced directory service. |
