Responsa and T-com have worked together on a consultancy basis to produce the business case for the pilot and national launch of Responsa within Slovakia. This business case has been extensively reviewed and has now been agreed as the basis for contracts agreements covering a six month pilot (staring 1^st November 2006) followed by a national roll out of the service. Steve Isaac said “Finally we have a partner that can do justice to the Responsa service and bring the full power of Responsa and its other “Ask for Anything” ideas to a national market. This is a very exciting project for us and we will do all in our power to make Slovak Telecom’s concierge service 12-111 the most innovative service in Europe”.
