T-Com win best European DA service Oct 07

T-Com Slovakia won the award for Best European DA service for their innovative "Info Assistant" concierge service (12111).  This is an "Ask for Anything" service where customers are encouraged to ask for large variety of things, other than telephone numbers, for example Bus timetables, snow reports, directions, football scores... and of course product and services supplied via responsa, such as "I need a car rental, max cost of 1000-1200SVK per day".

The judges were impressed by the strategic thinking behind the service, it's potential revenue sources and the large variety of services that could be supported, via responsa.
